In 2016, Dimitri got tired of his obesity and physique. At that time Greekgodx weight was around 370 lbs. It was very difficult for him to switch his eating habits from unhealthy junk food to healthy meals.

He started eating healthy food and followed a workout routine for two years without any break. In the first year, he lost 70 lbs while in the second year, he almost lost a 100 lbs weight. Greekgodx transformation completely changed him, it was difficult to even recognize him.

After his weight loss transformation, his streaming became more famous. He was happy and feeling much healthier but there was one side-effect of his weight loss. Due to obesity body skin stretches and after losing weight the skin starts hanging. It happened with Greekgodx.

He was not ashamed of his loose skin. In his live streaming on twitch, he showed his hanging skin from the belly and said “you can experience these things because of the stretch in the body. As your body stretches when you put on weight. So, it is one of the side effects that happen when you are gaining weight after a long time”.

Greekgodx is 5.6 inches or 167 cm tall. Currently, his weight is around 60 kg or 133 lbs.

Greekgodx weight loss was not due to any surgery. Instead, he preferred saying goodbye to carbs and started following a workout routine.

Greekgodx told multiple times that he did not follow drastic changes at once. He started making adaptations in his diet step-by-step. Greekgodx weight loss journey started by incorporating a simple keto diet into his daily routine.

After adopting the keto diet he slowly said farewell to all the unhealthy junk food in his life. Although he was eating the same amount of food but the difference was, that this food was healthy. It was a gradual process he started his weight loss journey in 2016 and he’s still maintaining it.
He replaced carbs with whole grains. The biggest portion in his meal was vegetables than protein, and the smallest was carbs. He used to add herbs and olive oil to his food to enhance the aroma and taste of his meals. The keto diet helped in breaking the body fats and using them as a source of energy.

Apart from his keto diet, he also added a workout routine to his life. When the keto diet was working well he was sure that exercise will accelerate the weight loss journey. He started his workout by simply walking.

Once he got used to walking regularly he added weight loss exercises like weightlifting, stretching, and cardio into his daily routine. His workout routine not only helped him in losing weight but also toned up his loose skin. After losing almost 200 lbs his skin was losing from the front and sides of his abdomen.
